Heather Didn't put up this sign either: Pop Quiz #2:Answer & Winner: What was this building's original use?

Pop Quiz #2

Answer, Rant (sorry, same rant as yesterday, so if you've read it, skip to the bottom) and Winner!
Yes, yes, this sign is a disgrace.

Ironically, it welcomes visitors to 4450 Clarence Taylor Crescent.

What was this building's original use?

Taken Tuesday, September 27, 2011
Answer:
In 1968 Delta Municipal Hall moved from 4858 Delta Street to 4450 Clarence Taylor Crescent. 4858 Delta Street is now the home of the Delta Museum.

Irony/Rant:
  • This sign is just a couple of doors down from the present  City Hall
  • This totally tacky sign has been up for YEARS and the Terry Fox signs were taken down within HOURS of being put up!
I am not making this up!Thankfully Heather rescued the Terry Fox Signs.
(Click to see how Heather King rescued the Terry Fox signs -- Shocking, but true. Really you won't believe how quickly things can be resolved at City Hall, if common sense is used!)
