This beautiful picture is proudly on display at Heather King for Mayor's headquarters 4872 Delta Street in historic Ladner Village!

Monica, the artist and owner of It's an Art Tattoo Studio, sketched this picture of Heather and then gave it to her as a surprise! It is absolutely beautiful.

Heather was delighted with her surprise gift from Monica Sanderson.
